Method

  1. Soak the noodles

    Soak the nest rice noodles according to the pack.

  2. Stir-fry

    Stir-fry the ginger & garlic, then add the prawns and mixed stir-fry veg.

  3. Toss & serve

    Toss with the noodles and soy sauce.
