Overnight Oats, Chia & Blueberries

A make-ahead breakfast — oats and chia soaked overnight in lactose-free milk, topped with blueberries.

Method

  1. Combine

    Combine the rolled oats, lactose-free or soy milk and chia seeds in a jar and stir well.

  2. Top

    Top with the handful blueberries.

  3. Chill overnight

    Refrigerate overnight; eat cold in the morning.

Notes

Around 400 kcal and 18g protein. Naturally lactose-free with the right milk. A scoop of protein powder or a spoon of peanut butter bumps the protein and staying power. Keeps 2-3 days, so make a few jars at once.
