Method

  1. Combine

    Add the banana, handful frozen berries, scoop protein powder and soy or lactose-free milk to a blender.

  2. Blend

    Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve

    Pour and drink straight away.

Notes

Around 380 kcal and 30g protein. Use a lactose-free whey or a plant-based protein powder. A handful of spinach blends in invisibly for extra greens. Frozen berries give a thicker, colder result than fresh.
